RAMON SUAREZ，MD
Dr. Ramon Suarez is a retired urologist and the president of No-Scalpel Vasectomy International, Inc (NSVI).
Dr. Suarez has made 17 NSVI vasectomy missions to the Philippines, 14 missions to Haiti and four missions to Kenya. He also played a key role in NSVI’s support for World Vasectomy Day in Australia, Indonesia, Cuba and Mexico. Completing nearly 40 international endeavors at his own expense, Dr. Suarez continues to promote and provide vasectomy services while training doctors in seven other countries.
As the concept of World Vasectomy Day originated during an NSVI mission to Kenya, it is safe to say that without Dr. Suarez, the largest ongoing male-oriented family planning event in history may never have developed. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award during World Vasectomy Day in Mexico City.
Dr. Suarez currently serves as Honorary President of Surgeon Volunteers.
DOUG STEIN，MD
Douglas G. Stein, M.D. is a urological surgeon who has been practicing urology in Tampa, Florida, since 1983. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City in 1978. In 1983, he completed a five-year urology residency at the University of South Florida Affiliated Hospitals. He has been certified by the American Board of Urology since 1985. He has been on the clinical faculty of the University of South Florida College of Medicine and of the University of Florida Health Science Center in Gainesville.
Dr. Stein acts as head of No-Scalpel Vasectomy International, Inc, and he and Dr. Suarez have lead numerous NSVI vasectomy missions to the Philippines, Haiti and Kenya in the past decade. Dr. Stein played a key role in NSVI’s support for World Vasectomy Day in Australia, Indonesia, Cuba and Mexico.
JAY SANDLOW，MD
Jay Sandlow, M.D. received his MD from Rush University in Chicago and completed his urology residency at the University of Iowa, as well as a two-year fellowship in Male Infertility. He is currently Professor and Vice-Chairman of Urology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
Dr. Sandlow is actively involved in all Andrology and male infertility societies, including the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction (SSMR), the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology (SMRU) and the American Society of Andrology (ASA), all of which he previously headed as president. He is also an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, where he has served on the Practice Guidelines Committee for six years. 
Dr. Sandlow also serves on the editorial boards of several journals, including Journal of Andrology and Fertility and Sterility. He has authored multiple publications regarding vasectomies and infertility evaluation and treatment. Furthermore, he helped develop the American Urological Association’s Vasectomy Guidelines and has taught courses on infertility, microsurgery and vasectomy at national meetings. His research interests center around male infertility—specifically varicoceles—as well as male contraception and fertility preservation.
Dr. Sandlow is currently the fellowship director for the Male Infertility/Andrology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He volunteers his time between the Saturday Clinic for the Uninsured in Milwaukee, The Milwaukee Academy of Science, and the No-Scalpel Vasectomy International mission to the Philippines each year.
